It was a good and perfect location for us, adjacent to Close to highway as well as a restaurant. Easily reached Michelle's, located not too far away from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

Our favourite, pet-friendly hotel in Kalamazoo with really helpful staff. Perfectly pleasant stay for a nice vacation, nothing too much trouble.

The breakfast offered a huge variety of excellent meals. The location was absolutely perfect and incredible - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go.

All in all our stay was quite comfortable, no complaints. The hotel was quiet and perfect for what we needed. The setting was unbeatable, near restaurants, an industrial area, and center. The rooms were good sized and brand-new, especially those with a hot tub and amazing views, for example👌😀🙂

Welcoming staff and easy location close to everything, everything was great. The rooms were updated, neat, came with bathroom, extra pillows and a hot tub.

We appreciated this hotel, it was fairly clean with a favourable and nice and courteous staff. The rooms were not only huge, but also updated. Tbh, had a comfortable stay for a nice vacation.

The room was reasonably spacious with an exceptionally comfortable bed and with amazing views.

The location was absolutely perfect and incredible, for example, Church was relatively near the hotel. Fairgrounds and stores were right next door. The restaurant was nice with good food, we ordered excellent dishes. The bed was exceptionally comfortable & the bathroom was clean.

The location offered was perfect and incredible close enough to Fairgrounds and the Wings Event Center.

Wonderful experience there. A quiet hotel in an incredible setting with a great selection of little extras. A great selection of excellent options for meal. The pool area is nice too. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too.

Friendly staff, quick check-in, clean room with fresh linens, no noise, hot and fresh breakfast included, great location with nearby dining options.

The location in an industrial area was unbeatable and fantastic and there were fairgrounds and stores nearby. I had some drinks at Potter's Restaurant Inside, positioned 500 feet away.

I travel alot due to my occupation. I stay in many different hotels and this one rates up there at the top. The whole staff and even the owner was the most helpful i've ever encountered. I had no complaints thus far. Maybe that's the reason they didn't mind helping me. They seem very friendly to everyone. I wish there were more hotels like this one. I'll deffinatly stay here again if i'm ever in the area.

Exercise room was closed, for that amount of money everything should be available at all times. Chorline in pool was so strong that burned my eyes as soon as I entered the pool area. Stains on floor. Poor tv and cable service. I changed to another Hotel, was going to stay three days, stayed one.

The breakfast options were good, with several juice choices and the ability to get coffee at any time. The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. There were hairballs in the bathroom and the sheets were not clean.
